What is retirement

As your wrestler starts aging his performance will start declining which implies the wrestler must be retired at some point. Performance decline starts at the age of 54 and for each (game) year after that your wrestler will lose 10% more of performance.

Performance affects all of your skills, so you'll be basically losing a percentage of all of your skills as you age, which you can replenish for 10 TPs for each 10% of performance lost, that will last you 15 days.

At the age of 63 your wrestler's performance decline will reach its floor, which is 10% and will not drop any further.
